Knowing how to be in control of daily life, could easily be the key to successful living, and will add up to significant increases in weekly, monthly, yearly earnings. Being in control of your daily life means that you accept the fact that time is the most precious commodity that that you have. Make the extra effort needed to plan your daily routine and follow that plan. For doing so puts you firmly in control of your day-to-day-existence. It also compensates for the extra effort of having to plan in advance and allows you to accomplish more during your working hours. You benefit in the material things that you can accumulate that add to your comfort in life.
This means that you have the ability to significantly improve the quality and amount of your leisure time. Even more significantly, you can enjoy the things that add to the enhancement of your health and your sense of wellness. My 20 tips aim at helping you to organize your time so effectively that you have more than money: you have time in abundance.
OVERNIGHT – PREPARE TO BE MORE IN CONTROL OF DAILY LIFE
1. From the night before, ensure that you make a plan for what you intend to accomplish next day.
2. Prepare all the materials and equipment that you will need to put this plan into action.
3. Select your outfits, together with accessories, for next day and place them aside.
EVERY MORNING – START TO BE IN CONTROL OF THE DAY
4. Rise early enough to don your active wear and running/walking shoes and take a run or a brisk walk before breakfast.
5. Have an abundant breakfast, incorporating a variety of foods, and at least one citrus or super fruit. You might also like to add a vitamin C supplement help to boost your general immunity.
6. Review your plan for the day and make changes if necessary.
BE MORE IN CONTROL THROUGHOUT THE DAY
7. Ensure that you work hard but take short breaks too.

When you start the journey along the road to increasing control, and by extension, productivity in everyday life, you need to keep going. Aim to always be in control of your existence! You should never feel overwhelmed with the burden of the task at hand. Instead, take a short break and continue feeling refreshed. Always accept the limitations that make for being human, and work within them. This is better than setting impossible goals. For you want to achieve your goals without giving up too much of that spark which adds flavor to life.
How to be in control is illustrated by the saying, ‘The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step’. If you or I can make small improvements in stages, adding the small breakthroughs that pop into mind from time to time, then there is hope ramp up our productivity. One way of doing this is to keep a journal and take it along on one’s person with you at all times. Otherwise, you could school oneself to hold notes and points of interest in one’s mind and consistently record them, along with comments on ways in which they might have mobilized one’s creative faculties.
CONTROL YOURSELF THROUGH RELATING WITH NATURE
Another way to be in control is to walk the equivalent of at least a mile daily, exposing oneself to mild sunlight, and breathing deeply of fresh air. Try this, or similar activities, at least three times per week, and ideally split into early morning and late afternoon. Doing so will help to encourage a bond with nature through watching the beauty of the rising and setting sun. As time goes on, and your systems become accustomed to a new rhythm that is thus generated. And these simple steps may lead to a great increase in energy; consequently, productivity in daily life is increased. And whenever such a goal is achieved, you should ensure that we keep the momentum going. Practice living in the present moment at all times.
The point is that you can continue to be in control outside of the traditional workplace. This should be your goal every day, even as you listen to your audible breaths as you work, or unconsciously echo other background sounds – the hum of automobiles passing on the road outside, the gurgle of the pipes in the bathroom, or the song of a bird that’s sitting on the fence outside.
