OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT ARE INSPIRATIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL IN THE SEARCH FOR HEALTH AND HAPPINESS
• walking, up the road or around the block, morning and evening
• other nature breaks
• eating healthy of the island superfoods, yams, plantains, fresh fruit and veggies, plus added turmeric and ginger roots, onions, garlic and pimento berries.

• social interaction of choice, e.g., church, movies, restaurant online or offline socially distanced (optional)

It costs noting but a little bit of your time to be inspired and motivated to think, grow and interact with the world around us. Health and happiness are always close by. Let’s work together to explore your concerns. I’ve explored my own; and having been helped by ‘angels’, people who came to me in times past and spoke to me about what had been and what was to come. And I’m also here to pass it on by sharing with you the motivational and inspirational books they gave to me about lifestyles, wellness, beauty and happiness.
Inspirational and Motivational Books Offer Insights into How to Avoid Negative Thinking
By this, I mean, I want to be helpful through my inspirational and motivational books. Even more, I aim to offer insights into how people can avoid getting bogged down by negative thinking. How can average people move beyond their concerns about the Freudian/sexist approach to the meaning of life? How can someone find ways of inserting more meaning into life.? So, after I retired after being a language arts and communication studies teacher for some twenty years, I decided to helping others (and myself) to work through these challenges together.
Since August 2018, I have invested much of my writing time and effort into this project because I am following my dreams!
I hope that is the way to carry on the legacy of the past, of the 3 books that influenced my writing the most. I think that I now have something to offer those persons, especially women, whose concerns about theories originating in a distant past keep them prisoners to the circumstances of their early life, over which they had no control.
